The bank fee is deducted from the payment, but you pay tax on the full amount, so this money is a pure cost. Ukrainian cards, two cases: your accountant says a PRRO is required, or not.

mono vs WayForPay break-even with a register: 180 ÷ (2% − 1.3%) = 25,714 UAH a month. Below that, WayForPay with its free PRRO is cheaper; above it, mono with check by mono. If your account is not at PrivatBank, LiqPay's PRRO is unavailable, so add the cost of a separate register to its 1.3%.
Not included: individual LiqPay and WayForPay plans, other registers for mono (we did not check their prices) and one-off promotions. Whether you need a register at all: do you need a PRRO to sell tickets online.
Event cancelled: who refunds and how fast
Refunds are where the acquirers differ most.
- LiqPay by default refunds from future payments: the refund goes out once new payments to the company account add up to the amount. If the event is cancelled and sales stop, guests wait. To refund at once, enable refunds from the company account in the business cabinet (PrivatBank accounts only): requests are processed within an hour, and money reaches the card within 5 days depending on the bank. The fee is returned on refund, with no extra charge (LiqPay: refunds).
- WayForPay: no extra fee on refunds, and no fee is kept when a hold is cancelled (WayForPay: fees); with its PRRO the refund receipt is created automatically (WayForPay: PRRO).
- plata by mono: refunds are made in the business cabinet (plata by mono). In AnyEventTool you refund the whole order or a single ticket. mono's pages do not say whether it returns its fee on a refund, so plan for losing the 1.3%.

Where AnyEventTool is not the right fit
- You need LiqPay or WayForPay. In Ukraine AET connects only plata by mono; services with their own processor, such as RegToEVENT, work with other gateways, see our review of ticketing services.
- Your account is not at monobank. Then AET cannot take payments: plata by mono requires a FOP or company account at mono specifically (mono knowledge base).
- Fiscal receipts. AET does not issue them; you connect a register to your mono terminal yourself.
Otherwise AET takes 0% of tickets on Free and Pro, money goes to your account with no middleman, and the event page, registration, seat map and QR check-in live in the same place.
