Best ticket-selling services in Ukraine in 2026: fees and conditions
Updated: · Oleksandr Rykovtsev, founder of AnyEventTool
Short answer
For large concerts and theatres with box offices and their own listings, the agents Karabas, Concert.ua, Kontramarka and Internet-bilet fit best: they sell on your behalf and the buyer usually pays a service fee. For conferences, look at RegToEVENT and 2event; for meetups, Eventmate (6% of sales). If you want the money in your own account without a platform fee, choose a service with your own acquiring: PassOne, Gligle or AnyEventTool (0%, plata by mono 1.3%). Checked 1 October 2026.
Key facts
- Two models: an agent sells on the organizer's behalf and collects the money (Karabas, Concert.ua, Kontramarka, Internet-bilet, 2event), or the service connects your own acquiring (PassOne, Gligle, RegToEVENT, AET)
- Buyer service fee at agents: traditionally 10% at Karabas and Kontramarka; 5% at 2event
- Published organizer fees: Eventmate 6% (acquiring included), 2event 7%, RegToEVENT from 2.9% + 0.39 EUR, AET 0%
- Karabas's promoter page says legal entities only (its public offer also mentions FOPs, so confirm); Concert.ua with legal entities and FOPs (sole proprietors)
- Acquiring: plata by mono and LiqPay 1.3% for Ukrainian cards, WayForPay 2%
- FOPs in single-tax groups 2–3 that accept card payments must issue fiscal receipts (PRRO); group 1 cannot provide event-organizing services
- Disclosure: written by the AnyEventTool team; AET is listed with its limitations

Which service should I choose? The short answer by scenario
| Your event | Consider | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Large concert, theatre, stadium | Karabas, Concert.ua, Kontramarka, Internet-bilet | Box offices across the country, own listings and partner sites; the service sells as an agent |
| Concert, tour or festival, with money going to your own account | PassOne | 0 UAH subscription, your own acquiring (WayForPay, monobank, Platon), seat map editor, scanner app |
| Small concert or club night sold through Telegram | Gligle | No commission on sales, payment to your monobank, Telegram bot; a subscription is required |
| Meetup, workshop, community event | Eventmate | Free events 0 UAH, paid events 6% with acquiring included, daily payouts |
| Conference or business event with badges | RegToEVENT, 2event | Registration, QR check-in, badges, networking |
| Page, registration, tickets and seats, quiz and community in one place, 0% platform fee | AnyEventTool (AET) | Your plata by mono, seat maps and QR check-in on Free; no marketplace |
There is no universal winner. The key question is whether you need someone else's audience and box offices (then an agent) or already have an audience and want to keep revenue (then a service with your own acquiring).
How did we compare them?
We looked at what matters to a Ukrainian organizer of events for 30–2,000 people:
- Sales model: an agent collecting money on your behalf, or your own acquiring.
- Organizer fee and buyer fee — separately, because they are often confused.
- When and where the money arrives.
- Requirements: legal entity, FOP, contract.
- Tools: seat maps, QR check-in, box offices, own listings.
All facts come from the services' own websites (organizer pages, public offers, FAQs, price lists) on 1 October 2026. Where a service does not publish its fee, we say "on request" or "not published" and do not guess. Disclosure: this guide is published by the AnyEventTool team; the order follows use cases rather than a single score, and AET's limitations are listed too.

What does it cost in hryvnias? Three scenarios
Only published terms are counted. For services with your own processor, acquiring is taken at plata by mono (1.3% for Ukrainian cards) or WayForPay (2%) as stated.
| Service | Formula | 100 × 500 UAH (50,000) | 300 × 1,500 UAH (450,000) | 1,000 × 300 UAH (300,000) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AET + plata by mono | 1.3% | 650 UAH | 5,850 UAH | 3,900 UAH |
| Eventmate | 6%, acquiring included | 3,000 UAH | 27,000 UAH | 18,000 UAH |
| 2event | 7% from organizer + 5% from buyer | 3,500 UAH + 2,500 UAH from buyers | 31,500 UAH + 22,500 UAH from buyers | 21,000 UAH + 15,000 UAH from buyers |
| RegToEVENT + WayForPay | 2.9% + 0.39 EUR per ticket (1,000+ tickets: 2% + 0.37 EUR) + 2% | 2,450 UAH + 39 EUR | 22,050 UAH + 117 EUR | 12,000 UAH + 370 EUR |
| Karabas, Kontramarka | Organizer fee per contract; buyer fee traditionally 10% | ? + 5,000 UAH from buyers | ? + 45,000 UAH from buyers | ? + 30,000 UAH from buyers |
How to read it: a buyer fee does not reduce your payout, but it raises the price your guests see and so affects sales. Unpublished agent fees can only be learned from the contract; compare offers by the full formula, not a single percentage. International services in the same three scenarios: ticket fees compared.
Agent or your own acquiring: what it means for you
An agent (Karabas, Concert.ua, Kontramarka, Internet-bilet) sells tickets on your behalf under a contract. Pros: box offices, own listings, partner sites and banks, experience with large halls, no payment setup on your side. Cons: money arrives through the agent under the contract terms, buyers pay a service fee, and the organizer fee is often not published. Karabas's promoter page says only a legal entity can be an organizer, while its public offer also mentions sole proprietors (FOPs), so confirm with them.
Your own acquiring (PassOne, Gligle, RegToEVENT, AET) means the guest pays into your account through your provider. Pros: money arrives quickly, no agent commission, you control the buyer price. Cons: you need a FOP or a company with acquiring, you issue fiscal receipts and handle refunds and disputes yourself, and you bring your own audience.
The second route step by step: how to accept event payments in Ukraine; how the organizer-as-merchant model works in AET: how to sell event tickets without platform fees.
Acquiring: plata by mono, LiqPay, WayForPay
| plata by mono | LiqPay | WayForPay | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ukrainian cards | 1.3% | 1.3% (standard plan) | 2% |
| Foreign cards | 2% | 2% | 2%, any Visa/Mastercard (except Russia and Belarus) |
| Who can connect | FOP or company with a mono account | FOP or company; account need not be at PrivatBank | FOP or company |
| Payouts | Next day | Once a day for accounts at other banks | Next banking day |
| PRRO | Through integrations: Checkbox, Vchasno.Kasa, e-check, Online Kasa | Own RRO service, free to connect | Free PRRO with automatic fiscalization |
| Works with | AET, PassOne, Gligle | Own websites and invoices | PassOne, RegToEVENT, own websites and invoices |

AET currently connects only plata by mono in Ukraine (and Stripe for organizers abroad); LiqPay and WayForPay cannot be connected to AET.
FOP, fiscal receipts (PRRO) and contracts: what to keep in mind
- Who sells. Regular ticket sales are a business activity. Your own acquiring requires a FOP or a company; an agent also needs a contract with you, and Karabas, per its promoter page, only with legal entities.
- Which FOP group. Group 1 may only trade at markets and provide household services, so organizing events does not fit. Group 2 serves individuals and single-tax payers; group 3 anyone (Tax Code, art. 291.4, (checked 2026-10-01)). Income limits for 2026: 7,211,598 UAH for group 2 and 10,091,049 UAH for group 3 (State Tax Service, (checked 2026-10-01)).
- Receipts. A seller accepting card payments, including online, must issue a fiscal receipt (Law No. 265/95-VR, art. 3); only group 1 is exempt. The acquirer's payment confirmation is not a receipt, and the receipt must be issued no later than the service is provided (State Tax Service explanation, (checked 2026-10-01)).
- Agent model. Who issues the receipt to the buyer and how you receive the revenue is set by the contract and the law; clarify both with the service and your accountant before sales start.
This is not legal advice; the rules change, so check the current State Tax Service explanations.
Questions and answers
Which ticketing service in Ukraine is the cheapest?
On published terms, the organizer pays least when money goes to their own acquiring: AET has a 0% platform fee, leaving only plata by mono at 1.3% for Ukrainian cards; Gligle takes no sales commission but requires a subscription. The agents Karabas and Kontramarka add a traditional 10% buyer fee, and the organizer fee is set by contract.
Can I sell tickets without a FOP?
Your own acquiring (mono, LiqPay, WayForPay) requires a FOP or a company. Agents also work under contract, and Karabas, per its promoter page, only with legal entities. Regular ticket sales are a business activity, so talk to an accountant.
Do I need a PRRO if tickets are sold online?
If you are a FOP in group 2 or 3 or a company accepting card payments, yes, a fiscal receipt is required. Only group 1 is exempt, and it cannot provide event-organizing services. Details and sources: how to accept event payments in Ukraine.
Who pays the service fee, me or the buyer?
With agents (Karabas, Kontramarka, 2event) the buyer pays it on top of the price, and your commission is separate under the contract. At PassOne the organizer sets the buyer fee. AET has no buyer fee.
Which services have seat maps?
Karabas works with row-and-seat allocation, PassOne and RegToEVENT have seat map editors, and AET has a hall designer on its free plan. For the others, ask the service.
What should I use for a conference?
RegToEVENT and 2event focus on conferences with badges and networking. AET fits when the event page, applications with approval, QR check-in and a quiz without a platform fee matter. Broader comparison: the best free event registration tools.
