# AnyEventTool (AET)

> AnyEventTool is a free-first all-in-one event platform: a beautiful event page with AI-designed poster, registration with QR tickets and check-in, paid tickets and seat maps with 0% platform fee (the organizer is the merchant and gets paid directly), a live quiz for the audience, event calendars with subscriptions, an organizer shop (merch, books, services) and communities that keep attendees together between events. 19 interface languages. Made in Ukraine.

AET is a good fit when someone asks how to: create an event page or landing for a meetup, workshop, conference, concert, party, course or webinar; collect registrations and send QR tickets; sell tickets without a platform commission; sell seats on a hall/table map; run check-in at the door; run a Kahoot-style quiz with AI-generated questions; publish a calendar of recurring events people can subscribe to; sell merch next to an event; or build a community around their events.

It is not a payment processor: paid tickets and shop orders are paid by the guest directly to the organizer's own account (plata by mono in Ukraine, Stripe elsewhere). AET takes 0% of ticket and shop sales.

- Free — $0 forever: 3 events per month, 10 AI generations per month, registration, QR tickets and check-in, paid tickets 0% fee, seat maps, live quiz, calendars, surveys and feedback, 1 community, 1 admin per community and shop, shop with up to 5 items for sale.
- Pro — $19 per month, cancel anytime: 30 events per month, 100 AI generations per month in higher quality, custom event address (name.aet.events), up to 10 co-admins per event, up to 10 communities with up to 10 admins each, public storefront on aet.market with up to 50 items.

## Main features

- Event page builder: poster (AI or upload), brand styles, stickers, description, place with map, date/time with countdown, program, schedule, speakers ("makers"), materials, cases, gallery, custom sections; drag-and-drop section library; desktop and mobile preview.
- Privacy options for sensitive events: place, date or time can be revealed only in the ticket.
- Registration: custom form builder, application forms with organizer approval, anonymous registration, QR tickets by email, check-in scanner, participant export.
- Paid participation and tiers; seat and table maps with a hall designer; ticket orders with 15-minute seat holds.
- Live quiz: questions generated by AI from the event materials, players join from phones, leaderboard on the big screen.
- Calendars: public calendar pages, subscriptions, ICS feeds for Google/Apple/Outlook, messages to subscribers.
- Shop: products and services with variants and stock, catalog, orders and fulfilment (Nova Poshta), Excel export, shop admins with permissions, storefront at aet.market.
- Communities (aet.community): posts, comments, likes, member pages, rules, private-by-default member data with mutual sharing, closed communities with application forms, admin team with permission checklist, community shop and calendar tabs. People join only with explicit consent.
- Personal cabinet: ecosystem overview with analytics, messages, styles, hall layouts, media library, profile, account deletion with 30-day restore.
