Questions and answers

Is AnyEventTool really free?

Yes. The Free plan costs $0 with no card and no time limit. It includes 3 new main events per month and 10 AI generations per month, with registration, QR tickets, check-in, paid tickets, seat maps, the quiz and calendars.

How are events counted toward the monthly limit?

AET counts creations of main events per calendar month in UTC. Creating and deleting an event and creating another counts as 2. Sub-events inside an event do not count, and copying an event creates a new event.

What happens to my events if I go back from Pro to Free?

Nothing is deleted. Existing events stay online and registrations keep working. Only creating new events is limited, and co-admins above the Free limit stay but no new ones can be added.

How much does Pro cost and how do I cancel?

Pro costs $19 per month, paid through Creem. Cancel anytime in My workspace or the user menu; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Does AET take a commission on tickets?

No. AET charges 0% on ticket and shop sales on both plans. You pay only your payment provider's processing fee.

How do guests pay for tickets?

Guests pay straight into the organizer's own account: plata by mono in Ukraine or Stripe elsewhere. AET never holds the money.

Can I accept payments in Ukraine?

Yes, through plata by mono, monobank's internet acquiring for businesses such as a FOP. monobank lists 1.3% for Ukrainian cards and 2% for foreign cards (checked 1 October 2026). Stripe does not support businesses registered in Ukraine.

Is AET a payment processor or merchant of record?

No. The organizer is the merchant. Taxes, fiscal receipts, refunds and disputes are the organizer's responsibility; AET connects your payment account and issues tickets.

How do refunds work?

The organizer refunds a ticket or a whole order from AET, and the money is returned from the organizer's provider account. The ticket is then shown as refunded at check-in.

How are my payment keys stored?

The mono token or restricted Stripe key is verified with a live request, stored encrypted and afterwards shown only as a mask.

Do attendees need an account?

For registration, guests sign in with Google or a one-time email link by default; with Anonymous participants enabled they need no account. Seat-ticket buyers, quiz players and anonymous feedback respondents never need an account.

Which languages does AET support?

The interface is available in 19 languages: Ukrainian, English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), French, German, Italian, Polish, Slovenian, Romanian, Greek, Bulgarian, Turkish, Indonesian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Text you write is shown as you wrote it, not machine-translated.

What counts as one AI generation?

One successful AI action: a poster or image, learning a brand style, one brand sticker, creating an event from source, creating an AI quiz, adding more quiz questions or replacing one question. Free includes 10 per month, Pro 100.

Is the first AI poster free?

Yes. Every new event gets one automatic AI poster that does not use an AI generation.

What happens when I run out of AI generations?

AI tools pause until next month or until you upgrade. You can still upload your own poster and create quizzes with your own questions without limits.

Which AI models does AET use, and what data do they see?

OpenAI models through the API: gpt-image-1 for images (dall-e-3 as a poster fallback) and gpt-4o for reading sources and writing quiz questions. Event details and your source text are sent for generation. Attendee data, registrations, messages and community posts are never sent to AI.

Do you keep files I upload for AI?

Files for Create event from source and brand styles are deleted right after their text, illustrations and colors are extracted. Quiz source text is kept with the quiz so more questions can be generated, and is deleted with the quiz.

Can I hide the event address from the public?

Yes. Venue, exact time, or date and time can be shown only in tickets of registered guests and revealed at a moment you choose, with an email to everyone. This was built for wartime safety in Ukraine.

Who can see my attendees' data?

The organizer and co-admins see registrations. Attendees see each other's contacts only if both opted in to sharing. AET has no public directory of people, does not sell contacts and shows no ads.

Will my attendees be added to my community automatically?

No. People join a community only by explicit consent: a checkbox at registration, calendar subscription or seat purchase, a Join button, or an approved application.

How do I delete my account?

My workspace → Profile → Delete profile, then type DELETE to confirm. The profile is switched off immediately, you have 30 days to sign in and restore everything, and after that all content is deleted permanently. Orders where you were a buyer stay in sellers' records without your details.

Can attendees delete their own registration?

Yes. A registered guest can delete their registration together with all entered data from the event page. Purchased tickets remain as financial records.

Can several people manage one event?

Yes. The owner adds co-admins by AET login: 1 on Free, up to 10 on Pro. Co-admins edit the page, scan tickets and manage sales but cannot add other admins.

Is there a mobile app?

No native app. AET is a web app designed for phones, and the check-in scanner runs in the phone browser at aet.events/qr.

Does AET integrate with Zoom, Zapier or a CRM?

Not at the moment. There is no public API or Zapier integration. Data exports to Excel.

Does AET send SMS or WhatsApp reminders?

No automated SMS or WhatsApp reminders. Organizers can message attendees in WhatsApp one by one from the participant list, and AET sends emails for tickets, reveals and notifications.

Will AET promote my event to new people?

No. AET has no discovery marketplace. You share your event link and QR code; calendar subscribers and community members get notified about new events.

Can I use my own domain or a custom address?

On Pro you can set a custom event address such as aet.events/name, which also works as name.aet.events. Every event also has a short code link on all plans.

Can I sell seats on a hall map?

Yes, on both plans. Draw the hall with rows, tables and zones, set price categories, and guests pick seats with a 15-minute hold; up to 10 tickets per order.

Can I run online events?

You can add an online meeting link to the event's place. AET has no built-in video streaming.

Where can I get help?

Write to support@anyeventtool.com or use the Write to us button on the site to report a bug or suggest an idea.
