Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. 3 events and 10 AI generations a month with every feature — free forever, no card. Seating charts, tickets and the quiz are in Free too. Pro is only for people who do more.
Do attendees need an account?
By default guests sign in with one tap (Google) — this keeps out fake sign-ups. If you need registration with no account at all, switch on anonymous registration in the form.
Can I use it for offline events?
Absolutely. Add a venue with a map, generate QR tickets and scan guests in at the door for instant check-in.
What kinds of events does it support?
Anything — webinars, conferences, concerts, hackathons, courses, birthdays, exhibitions and more. One tool for every format.
In how many languages?
The whole product works in 19 languages, so your event page meets guests in their own language.
How much do paid tickets cost?
0% from AET. Guests pay you directly — through your own mono (Ukraine) or Stripe (Europe, UK, US). You only pay your provider’s fee: mono 1.3%, Stripe from 1.5%. Money is in your account the next day; refunds come from your account in one tap.
How does the quiz work?
Add a Quiz section and pick a material — AI writes the questions, you edit them. Before the game you switch the quiz on: guests join by QR or code from their phones, no account needed. Everyone answers at their own pace, the screen shows the race, and it ends with a podium and a question review. An AI quiz uses one AI generation from your plan; quizzes with your own questions are unlimited.
Can I sell specific seats in a hall?
Yes. Draw the hall in the designer: rows, tables, zones, a stage. Set prices by category and guests pick their seat on the plan. A table can be sold whole or seat by seat. Payments go straight to your account; AET takes no commission.
