2. User registration and use of AET

You can create an account. When using the service, you are responsible for: the information you provide in the service, the confidentiality of your password when creating an account, and all actions within the service and your account. Event organizers are the managers of information received from participants.

You must be 18 or over to create an account and organise events in AET.

3. Permitted Use

It is prohibited to use the service for actions that:

  • violate the laws of Ukraine or other countries;
  • include spam, fraud, unsolicited messages;
  • pose a threat to the safety of other users or the service;
  • related to the collection of personal data without users' consent;
  • impersonating other brands, organisations or government services;
  • collecting payment details or money outside AET's payment tools on pages not yet confirmed by the organiser;
  • phishing and redirects to harmful sites;
  • automated mass creation of pages.

4. Content rights

All program code, design, service logic, and AnyEventTool brand belong to the owner of AET.

You retain copyright to the content you create in the system (texts, event names, descriptions, materials, etc.), but grant the owner a non-exclusive license to store and process it within the scope of the service.
The service owner has the right to use any service information for the purpose of maintaining statistics and presenting service performance indicators, without disclosing any personal or copyright information.

5. Responsibility

The owner strives to ensure stable operation of AnyEventTool, but cannot guarantee the absence of failures or errors.

AET is not responsible for:

  • data loss due to technical reasons or actions of third parties (persons);
  • user errors when working with the service;
  • losses or damage associated with the temporary inability to use the service.

6. Termination of access

The owner may temporarily suspend or delete a user's account, any events, information or registrations if:

  • a violation of these Terms has been detected;
  • there is suspicion of fraud or abuse of the service;
  • there is a threat to the safety of other users or infrastructure;
  • This is necessary to improve (adjust) the service.

7. Drafts created by AI assistants

An AI assistant can create a draft event page at your request. You are responsible for the content you ask to publish. A draft lives for 24 hours and can only be claimed with the private link the assistant gave you. A claimed draft becomes a regular event in your account on the Free plan and counts towards your monthly event limit. We may hide or delete a draft that breaches these Terms without notice.

8. AI assistants with account access

Actions taken by an AI assistant you connected, within the permissions you granted, are treated as your actions. Some actions (publishing or hiding the page, deleting materials or dashboards, turning registration off or removing its fields, sending the registration button to another site) require your explicit confirmation. You grant access by signing in from the assistant (OAuth) or with a key (personal cabinet or event cabinet → «AI agent») and choose an access mode; the assistant cannot widen it. Review changes in the «AI agent actions» log and change or revoke a connection you no longer need.

9. Content reports and point of contact (DSA)

Point of contact for users and authorities: support@anyeventtool.com (languages: Ukrainian, English).

Report illegal content with the "Report" button on the page or by email: include the page address, what is illegal and why, and your name and email (except reports of child sexual abuse material, which may be anonymous). Reports about AI drafts are handled within 24 hours, others as soon as possible. We notify the author and the reporter of the decision (hide, delete or keep) with the reason; you can appeal by replying to the email.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Owner may change these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at the link anyeventtool.com/terms.
